Set and track performance targets for teams and individuals

The Goals module in InvestGlass enables you to set, track, and measure performance targets for your team members and organisation. Goals provide a structured way to align individual activities with business objectives.


What Are Goals?


Goals are measurable targets that can be assigned to individuals, teams, or the entire organisation. They can track metrics such as revenue generated, number of new clients acquired, meetings held, or any custom KPI relevant to your business.


How to Access Goals


  1. Log in to your InvestGlass instance. 2. Navigate to the left-hand sidebar menu. 3. Click on Goals to view and manage performance targets.

Key Features


  • Target Setting - Define numeric or percentage-based targets
    • Time Periods - Set goals for weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual periods
      • Progress Tracking - Monitor real-time progress toward targets
        • Team Goals - Assign goals to teams or individuals
          • Automatic Calculation - Goals update automatically based on CRM activities
            • Visual Dashboards - See progress with charts and progress bars

Creating a Goal


  1. Navigate to Goals from the sidebar. 2. Click + New Goal to create a target. 3. Define the metric to track. 4. Set the target value and time period. 5. Assign to a team member or team. 6. Save the goal.

Best Practices


Set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). Review goals regularly and adjust targets as needed. Use goals to motivate teams and identify areas needing support.
