Contacts
Manage individual person records including clients, prospects, and partners
The Contacts module in InvestGlass is the core of your customer relationship management system. It stores and manages all individual person records, including clients, prospects, partners, and any other individuals your organisation interacts with.
What Is the Contacts Module?
Contacts represent individual people within your CRM. Each contact record contains personal information, communication history, linked accounts, associated portfolios, documents, and activity timelines. The Contacts module serves as the central repository for all person-level data and interactions.

Contact Views and Filters
InvestGlass provides multiple ways to view and organise your contacts. You can create custom list views with specific filters, sort contacts by any field, and save frequently used filter combinations for quick access. Tags and audiences provide additional segmentation capabilities.
Best Practices
Maintain data quality by enforcing required fields during contact creation. Use the Import/Export module for bulk contact management. Leverage custom fields to capture industry-specific data. Regularly review and merge duplicate contacts using the Merge Records feature.
Related Modules
Contacts integrate with Accounts, Pipelines, Forms, Contracts, Portfolios, Email Templates, Campaign Monitoring, and virtually every other module in InvestGlass. They are the foundational data object around which all CRM activities revolve.
