Key Metrics Explained
The delivery rate indicates what percentage of emails reached the recipient's inbox. The open rate shows how many recipients viewed the email. The click-through rate measures engagement with links within the email. Bounce rates indicate delivery failures, which may require list hygiene actions.
Best Practices
Monitor campaigns within the first 24-48 hours of sending to identify delivery issues early. Use engagement data to refine your audience segments. Regularly clean your contact lists based on bounce data to maintain sender reputation.
Related Modules
Campaign Monitoring works closely with Email Templates, Audiences, Contacts, and Reporting. Campaign data can also feed into Automation rules to trigger follow-up actions based on recipient behaviour.
