The Audit Trail module in InvestGlass provides a comprehensive, immutable record of all actions, changes, and events that occur within your platform. This module is essential for regulatory compliance, security monitoring, and operational transparency.
What Is the Audit Trail?
The Audit Trail automatically captures and stores a chronological record of every significant action performed within InvestGlass. This includes record creation, modification, deletion, login events, approval decisions, data exports, and system configuration changes. All entries are timestamped and attributed to specific users.
How to Access the Audit Trail
- Log in to your InvestGlass instance.
2. Navigate to the left-hand sidebar menu.
3. Click on Audit Trail to view the activity log.
4. Alternatively, access through My Account > Company > Audit Trail.

Using the Audit Trail
- Navigate to Audit Trail from the sidebar.

The Audit Trail supports compliance with GDPR, FINMA, MiFID II, and other regulatory frameworks by providing evidence of data handling practices, access controls, and decision-making processes. It is particularly valuable during regulatory audits and internal investigations.
