Email Templates
Create reusable, professionally designed email templates for consistent communications
The Email Templates module in InvestGlass enables you to create reusable, professionally designed email templates for consistent client communications, marketing campaigns, and automated notifications. Templates save time and ensure brand consistency across all outbound communications.
What Are Email Templates?
Email Templates are pre-designed email layouts that can include dynamic merge fields, formatting, images, and standardised content. They can be used for manual one-to-one emails, bulk marketing campaigns, and automated system notifications. Templates support personalisation through merge fields that pull data directly from contact and account records.

Using Merge Fields
Merge fields dynamically insert data from your CRM records into the email. Common merge fields include contact first name, account name, portfolio value, and upcoming meeting dates. This personalisation ensures each recipient receives relevant, contextual content.
Best Practices
Create templates for your most common communication types to ensure consistency. Test templates across multiple email clients to verify rendering. Keep subject lines concise and action-oriented. Include clear unsubscribe options in marketing templates for compliance.
