The Forms module in InvestGlass enables you to build custom digital forms for data collection, client onboarding, KYC processes, and internal workflows. Forms can be embedded in portals, sent via email, or used internally by your team.


What Are Forms?


Forms are customisable digital questionnaires that collect structured data from contacts, prospects, or internal users. They support various field types including text, dropdowns, file uploads, signatures, and conditional logic. Submitted data flows directly into your CRM records.


How to Access Forms


  1. Log in to your InvestGlass instance. 2. Navigate to the left-hand sidebar menu. 3. Click on Forms to view and manage your form library.

Creating a Form


  1. Navigate to Forms from the sidebar. 2. Click + New Form to start building. 3. Add fields using the drag-and-drop builder. 4. Configure field properties and validation rules. 5. Set up conditional logic if needed. 6. Configure submission actions and notifications. 7. Preview and test the form. 8. Publish and share the form.

Best Practices


Keep forms concise and focused on essential information. Use conditional logic to personalise the experience. Test forms thoroughly before sending to clients. Use multi-step layouts for complex forms to improve completion rates.
