Template Preselected Pages
The Template Preselected Pages feature allows you to export your report in customized PDF files efficiently.
How to Use
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Click on your avatar at the screen's top-right corner and select Company from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings
On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a list of modules.
Select Settings → Design to access the PDF customization interface.
Step 3: Configure Your PDF Template
Once inside the Design section, you can customize various aspects of your PDF file:
- Template Name: Set a name for your template. Note that a single name can be used across multiple templates.
- Select a PDF Template: Choose from four default templates, each corresponding to different product types.
- Select Sections: Customize which sections will be included in the final PDF file.
- Set Roles: Selecting specific groups or individuals who can can select template in dropdown.
Optional: Restrict Customization
You can toggle the Choice Restricted to Templates option to control different roles in customizing specific sections of the template.
