Automate follow up emails
With InvestGlass, you have the possibility to automate follow up emails once a form is submitted.
Previous Steps: Do not forget to create and publish your form before setting the automation.
In order to set up the automation, follow My Account – Company – Automation. On this page, click on the top right button "New Rule". This will allow you to create new automation.
Name the automation and select "Contact" as the API Name.
Select "On a record action" and choose Form Submit. You can then select the relevant published form.
Select "All fields".
Select "Send Email".
Select send communication to "Contact" and personalize your email.
Click on save and do not forget to activate your automation using the "Active" toggle.
