Export Data for GDPR

It’s easy to meet your GDPR requirements for exporting personal data with InvestGlass. You can export all of your data, contacts, Contact reports, custom securities, documents, and tags.

Here’s how to export contacts data as a CSV file from the UI:
Go to My Account then click on Company.
In the Contacts tab, click on Actions and select Export CSV.

Here’s how to export Contact reports data as a CSV file from the UI:
Go to Contact Reports page.
Open the filters by clicking the Contact Reports header.
(Optional) Use the filters to select the relevant Contact reports.
Click the Export CSV button.

Here’s how to export custom securities data as a CSV file from the UI:
Go to My Account then click on Company.
Go to the Custom Securities Tab.
Click on Actions and select Export.

Here’s how to documents data as a CSV file from the UI:
Go to My Account then click on Company.
Go to the Documents Tab.
Click on Actions and select Export CSV.

Here’s how to Tags data as a CSV file from the UI:
Go to My Account then click on Company.
Go to the Tags Tab.
Click on Actions and select Export CSV.
