Portfolio - Actions
There are many functions related to the portfolio, which can be found by clicking on Actions button.
You can clone your portfolio.
Click on Clone
A notification will appear
Here is an example of a clone portfolio:
In Portfolios, you can find all the Clone Portfolio:
You can compare a portfolio with another one.
Click on Compare
Select the Contact and the Portfolio you wish to compare to the portfolio you have selected
You can now compare the portfolio with another one in terms of Asset Classes, Currencies, Industries, and Countries:
You can delete your portfolio.
Click on Delete
Click on Confirm
You can edit the settings, the performance, and the details of your portfolio.
Edit the settings:
Click on Edit
Click on Settings
You can edit all the fields:
- Change the title of the portfolio
- Change the % of the Acceptable Drift
- Set up a Large Transaction Warning Threshold - set warning when a certain threshold is reached in any currency
- Change the Advised Contact
- Change the Portfolio Tutor: select either Strategy or Model Portfolio. A portfolio can be set in a Strategy mode or a Model rule-based.

- Click on the toggle 'Share' or 'Hide' if you want to share the portfolio with your relations or hide it. If you share the portfolio with your relations, it means that all your relations will have access to the portfolio.
- Import a transactions file in the right format - CSV, xls, xlsx, and od - if you want to import all your transactions automatically. You can also download a sample file with instructions.
Click on Save

You can edit the following fields:
- Change the Imported TWR PDF Display, which is the Time-Weighted Return performance: custom, weekly, monthly, or quarterly
- You can import balance history with TWR - which means that you can import performance history with the time-weighted return performance. You can also download a sample file with instructions

You can edit the following fields:
- Add a description
- Add a Portfolio Number
- Change the Portfolio Type
- Change the Mandate Type
- Add a Target Return - a Target Return is the future value, or profit, that an investor expects from their investment
- Add a Time Horizon -a Time Horizon is the investing timeline, or how long you plan to hold an asset before selling it
- Add a Tax Situation
- Add Legal and regulatory restrictions
- Add Unique Circumstances
- Add an IBAN
- Add a SWIFT
- Add Crypto Wallets
Click on Generate PDF
Add a Description
Add Pie or Bar Charts
Add the Transactions History if you want and select a specific time frame.
Click on Generate PDF
The PDF will open in a new window
The generated PDF is the Portfolio Statement PDF.
It contains all the relevant information in your portfolio in PDF format:
- the Summary: the allocation in the different categories of the portfolio
- The Overview of the portfolio with a chart about the allocation in the different asset classes and a chart with the different currencies
- The Asset Breakdown: a table with all the securities in the portfolio. It contains all the details about each security. There is more information than in the Overview of the portfolio: Forex at purchase, Market Value - in the reference currency of the portfolio, Forex end of the day, Unrealized Profit/ Loss are also displayed.
The quarterly report is a financial statement published every quarter.
Click on Quarterly PDF
In "Other comments" add the comment you want
In "Select Available Quarter", select the Available Quarterly report of your choice.
A general comment appears. It contains all the information and calculus about Appropriateness, Suitability...
Click on Submit
Your Quarterly Report PDF has been generated
The Position document is a document that lists all the position details of the portfolio.
You can export the Positions list as a CSV document.
Click on Export Position CSV
The Position CSV document will open in a new window
The Transactions document is a document that lists all the transaction details of the portfolio.
You can export the Transactions list as a CSV document.
Click on Export Transactions
A table with all the transaction details will open in a new window
Click on New Portfolio
Add a Portfolio name
Select the Reference Currency, which will be the portfolio reference currency
Input the Acceptable Drift
Add a Description
Add the Initial Cash Balance - the initial amount of money
Add a Universe List
Move the toggle whether the Portfolio Tutor is Strategy or Model Portfolio, then enter the Strategy name or the Model Portfolio name in the appropriate field
Public Share on Client Portal: Click on the toggle 'Show' if you want to share the New Portfolio on the Client Portal
Import a Transactions file in the right format if you want to import your Transactions automatically.
Click on Save
You can link a contact to the portfolio
Click on New Contact Report
Fill the following fields:
In Contact Report:
- Contact
- Portfolio
- Account
- Relation
- Communication
In Securities:
- Search Security / Products and add them
In** Documents** :
- You can upload an additional document in Select File
- You can attach the document to Contact Notification
Click on Save
Click on New Proposal
Create a New Proposal

Tasks can be used to remind your team and yourself when something needs to be done.
Click on New Task
You can fill the following fields:
- The object of the task, be it Account, Contact, Portfolio, or Security / Product.
- The record name
- A title for the task
- A due date and time
- A description of the task
- Its status
- Its priority (low, medium, high)
- Set a reminder date and time
- The option to save it in your calendar
- The option to flag yourself
- The assigned person (be it yourself)
Click on Save
You can make a new transaction manually:
Click on New Transaction
Select the Portfolio - if you have cloned your portfolio, you can select the Clone Portfolio
Make either a Cash Transaction or a Security Transaction
Cash Transaction:
Input the Transaction Type, be it Cash Deposit, Cash Withdrawal, Commission, Fund Fee...
Add the Transaction Status, be it Pending, Failed, Canceled.
Add the transaction currency
Input the Amount of the Transaction
Enter the Transaction, the Accounting and the Value Date.
The Transaction Date is the time when you performed the transaction
The Accounting date is the time when the purchase is taken into account
The Value Date is a future date that is used for determining the present value of the security that fluctuates in price
Add Notes
If needed you can add a Fee / Tax on the Cash Transaction. It could be a Fund Fee, a Management Fee, a Government Tax...
Click on Create
Security Transaction
Click on a security
Click on Select
You can fill the following fields:
- Transaction Status - be it Pending, Failed, Canceled
- Type, be it Buy to Open- Buy to Close, Sell to Open, Sell to Close, Incoming Transfer, Outgoing Transfer
- Enter a Trading Date
- Enter an Accounting and a Value Date
- Add Notes
- Add the Quantity
- Add the Open Price
- Choose if you want to deduct the transaction from Cash - if it is the case, click on the Toggle
- Create customizable alerts to be sent by email if the price rises above or falls below a certain price
- Add a Fee / Tax if needed
Click on Save
A Trade Blotter is a detailed record of the trading activity.
Click on Trade Blotter
Select either Pending Transactions or Full Portfolio
The document will open in a new window
The Pending Transactions document lists all the pending transactions of the portfolio.
The Full Transactions document lists all the transactions that have been made.
When you edit the portfolio, don't forget to click on Refresh. It will reload the page with all the modifications - ie if you changed the Advised Contact or if you flushed the Cash Balance...
Clone
You can clone your portfolio.
Click on Clone
A notification will appear

In Portfolios, you can find all the Clone Portfolio:
Compare
You can compare a portfolio with another one.
Click on Compare
Select the Contact and the Portfolio you wish to compare to the portfolio you have selected
You can now compare the portfolio with another one in terms of Asset Classes, Currencies, Industries, and Countries:
Delete
You can delete your portfolio.
Click on Delete
Click on Confirm
Edit
