Sharing Settings
Sharing Settings help you save a lot of time to setup a view of a specific page.
You can setup the view via the Roles permission system.
You can select which columns can be seen in the grid list of your object. Go to Contact, select the template and there select the fields you wish to show. Admin can set the visbility for all members by default.
Members can later create their own template and apply their preferred view.
