Automation Examples
Automation helps to automate basic tasks or recurring tasks. We will explain here some common tasks of surveillance.
Create tags and tag your clients
Go to Automation and create a new automation
Step 1 set the automation name and API Name select Contact
Step 2 Select on date/time
EXECUTE 15 / days / befofre / "Date of birth"
If the field date of birth does not exist, go to My Account Company and in custom fields create a Contact field called Date of birth.
Recurrence Every Year
Tag select a client segment by adding here a tag then click on add. You will see all the selected contacts.
Step 3 set to All Fields
Step 4 click on Send email
Step 5 Select an employee
Type in a message description then click Save.

Step 3 set to All Fields or to specific conditions
Step 4 click on Create a folder
Step 5 Name the folder

Birthday Reminder
