View and Edit Password Policies in Profiles
To ensure that the appropriate level of password security is used for your company, specify password requirements with Password Settings for members assigned to a profile. Profile Password Policies settings override the organization-wide Password rules for that profile’s members. If you do not set Password Policies on a profile, the organization-wide Password Policies apply. New profile Password Policies take effect for existing profile users when they reset their passwords.
Go to My Account >> Company >> Password
There you can set the complexity of your password based on your local requirements and company’s policies.
