InvestGlass provides each user in your organization with a unique username and password. You can log also with an email. As an administrator, you can set up the password length, complexity, and reset.

Password must contain at least eight characters. Password must include alphabetic character and one number. The security question cannot contain the password and when users change their password, they cannot reuse their last three passwords.

When you grant access to the client portal, two processes can be applied with an email or a pseudo as a login. If you use an email, then a randomized password will be sent to this email address. If you use the pseudo option, then a randomized password will be sent to the user – your employee. This method aims to create a client portal without sensitive information such as the email where the first name and last name can be recognized.

When a user is using the InvestGlass Cloud solution, a user could be linked to two companies. To log into these two accounts, the user will use the same password.
