These three categories are hierarchically organised and give different access to resources.

From this tab, you can edit current employees or add new ones.
Use groups to manage your teams of managers and users. 

To create a new user or new group. Click on ACTION

To change employee group, click on the tree dots on the right part of the line and click on Edit. 

You can also Remove a user from here and link all legacy data to another user. 


Administrator

Administrator features include the following areas which are accessible through the account settings

Only current Administrators can promote other InvestGlass users to Administrator status.

Administrators follow the same data access privileges as their Manager or User role permits.

  • Strategy and Model Portfolio - Create, Manage and Edit 
  • Account data - Manage, Edit, Import and Export for any client
  • Compliance lists - Create and Import 
  • Tags - Create and edit group tags, create new tags
  • Research - Create, edit and enrich research content and add document to push marketing content 
  • Employees group - Create and edit employees groups
  • Master Templates - Create and edit your own customised master templates
  • KYC - Import and edit data to any client
  • Leads, Contacts, and Deals – adding, editing or delete data
  • Call reports - access and edit all call reports

Manager

Manager features include the following areas which are accessible through the account settings

  • Strategy and Model Portfolio - View and use
  • Account data - Manage, edit, import and export for your client base 
  • Compliance lists - View and use
  • Tags - Apply tags to your clients or to your portfolios
  • Employees group - Add new employees in employees group
  • Master Templates - Use customised templates
  • KYC - Import and edit data to your existing client base 
  • Leads, Contacts, and Deals – add, edit or delete clients to your client base
  • Call reports - access and edit call reports related to your clients

User

User features include the following areas which are accessible through the account settings

  • Strategy and Model Portfolio - View and use
  • Account data - Manage, edit, import and export for your client base 
  • Compliance lists - View and use
  • Tags - Apply tags to your clients or to your portfolios
  • Master Templates - Use customised templates
  • KYC - Import and edit data to your existing client base
  • Leads, Contacts, and Deals – add, edit or delete clients to your client base
  • Call reports - access and edit call reports related to your clients

How to purchase a new employee access?

How to add a new client?  

On company page, select the client tab and select the button "new client". You can complete the client KYC, tag this client and import your client data.


What happens if I want to change the administrator? 

You can edit anytime the status of your an employee. Select edit and change its status to administrator.


What happens if I want to delete an employee account?

You can delete the employee account. InvestGlass will offer you the possibility to transmit clients data and information to another employee.

How to attach an employee to a new entity?

Edit your employee and change the employee group. You can not link an employee to another company.
