Calendar is a useful function for scheduling anything from meetings, todos or conf call with your clients.
Simply click on Calendar on the top menu bar, and to add a new event simply click on the date you wish to add your event to:
Then simply fill out the details of the event:
When editing or creating a new event you can send out notifications to your affected clients either by adding them in the field "Share into Client Portal Calendar" or by filling out their email addresses in the field "Send additional notification via email to"
By sending it to the client portal, they can log on and see it in their calendar view.
When portal or email invitations have been sent, the event will show accepted/rejected/pending of the invitations. This way you can manage the event, resend invitations if unanswered and smoothly in InvestGlass.
