How to generate a trade ticket and trade blotter?
You can generate a trade ticket from InvestGlass basic template or your forms.
To create a new transaction - you can find from the navigation bar a shortcut new transaction. Please note that this shortcut can be changed from the Apps and Portal layout customization system.
Select a client and a portfolio
Choose for a cash or security transaction
Fill in the form and click save
InvestGlass will automatically generate a transaction number. You also can use the option to create a Contact Report. By default Yes, creating a Contact report will link this transaction to a Contact report.
Once it is saved you click on Reload Portfolio Page if you wish to visualize the portfolio or Generate Confirmation email to copy and paste transaction information into an email. For DVP specific wording please contact us - contact @investglass.com.
